Por eso, hemos recopilado las principales obligaciones que debe conocer para 2026 en forma de listas pr\u00e1cticas, con el objetivo de que su planificaci\u00f3n sea mucho m\u00e1s sencilla y organizada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"border-width:1px;padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"><strong>Aviso:<\/strong> En Colombia, los plazos de cumplimiento pueden variar seg\u00fan el \u00faltimo d\u00edgito del NIT de la empresa y son confirmados oficialmente cada a\u00f1o por la DIAN y otras autoridades. Este calendario est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado como una <strong>herramienta pr\u00e1ctica de planificaci\u00f3n nacional<\/strong> para el 2026, ayudando a startups y compa\u00f1\u00edas de capital extranjero a mantener un seguimiento claro de sus obligaciones clave. Aunque proporciona una gu\u00eda clara, las empresas deben verificar siempre las fechas exactas con fuentes oficiales antes de presentar declaraciones o realizar pagos (\u00a1o al menos <a href=\"https:\/\/calendly.com\/juliana-colombialegaledge\/30min\"><strong>agendar una llamada con nosotros<\/strong><\/a>!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obligaciones continuas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas obligaciones aplican, en principio, a <strong>todas las compa\u00f1\u00edas colombianas<\/strong>, sin importar su tama\u00f1o o estructura de propiedad, sujetas a los umbrales de aplicabilidad y circunstancias regulatorias espec\u00edficas (por ejemplo, industrias de alto riesgo financiero o mercados altamente regulados).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-large-font-size\">Mensuales<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-00ce477e alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-3908a5d9\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-info-box uagb-block-f4ae8c8c uagb-infobox__content-wrap class=\"uagb-ifb-desc\">Retenci\u00f3n en la fuente y otras seg\u00fan aplique la industria (ver art\u00edculo 605 del Estatuto Tributario Colombiano).<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-2762c600\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-info-box uagb-block-45c1e2ee uagb-infobox__content-wrap  uagb-infobox-icon-above-title class=\"uagb-ifb-desc\">Pago de n\u00f3mina y contribuciones parafiscales: salud, pensi\u00f3n, ARL, SENA, ICBF, cajas de compensaci\u00f3n (si aplica seg\u00fan compensaci\u00f3n de empleados).<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-110e55d8\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-info-box uagb-block-eecf72f9 uagb-infobox__content-wrap umbrales.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 <strong>Tip de CLE:<\/strong> Solicite a su contador que revise mensualmente los registros contables,
