Este tiempo no solo marca el tono para el resto del a\u00f1o, sino que tambi\u00e9n brinda la oportunidad de que su negocio analice con calma las ganancias y p\u00e9rdidas del a\u00f1o anterior y las represente dentro de su estructura corporativa, adem\u00e1s de revisar temas laborales cuidadosamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De enero a marzo, su atenci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 dividida entre obligaciones societarias y laborales. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las consecuencias econ\u00f3micas, estas obligaciones requieren cumplir con mandatos relacionados con <strong>dos de los grupos m\u00e1s importantes dentro de su empresa: los accionistas y los empleados. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta gu\u00eda, cubriremos <strong>cubriremos las obligaciones societarias y laborales m\u00e1s importantes entre enero y marzo<\/strong>, ayud\u00e1ndole a planificar con anticipaci\u00f3n y mantener su empresa en cumplimiento, mientras mantiene satisfechos a sus accionistas y empleados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por qu\u00e9 el primer trimestre es cr\u00edtico para las empresas en Colombia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Respetar el derecho de los accionistas a acceder a la informaci\u00f3n de la empresa de manera oportuna puede definir el \u00e9xito de su negocio para todo el a\u00f1o, <strong>especialmente si est\u00e1 buscando levantar capital y necesita contar votos para hacerlo.<\/strong>Nuestros clientes aprovechan al m\u00e1ximo la primera asamblea obligatoria anual de accionistas para solicitar nuevas inversiones, lo cual ha demostrado ser una estrategia exitosa si los documentos (estados financieros e informes de gesti\u00f3n) se presentan de forma clara y directa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, pagar a tiempo las prestaciones sociales de cesant\u00edas y vivienda de los empleados es clave para reforzar su compromiso con su empresa, adem\u00e1s de prevenir riesgos legales, por supuesto. Tenga en cuenta que <strong>estos pagos deben realizarse exclusivamente en entidades especializadas,<\/strong>nunca en efectivo ni directamente a los trabajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obligaciones societarias principales del primer trimestre de 2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La asamblea anual obligatoria hace que el primer trimestre de cada a\u00f1o sea el per\u00edodo m\u00e1s activo en materia de gobierno corporativo, debido al contenido al que los accionistas tienen derecho. <strong>La fecha l\u00edmite general es el 31 de marzo, excepto por el reporte del UBO (Beneficiario Final) en febrero y abril.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table $1.122.597).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucursales de sociedades extranjeras<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Generalmente, las empresas constituidas como SAS (m\u00e1s del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elpais.com.co\/economia\/que-son-las-empresas-s-a-s-y-como-crearlas.html\">95% de las entidades colombianas)<\/a>no requieren Revisor Fiscal, pero con gusto podemos referir a un equipo de contadores de confianza si necesita asesor\u00eda adicional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obligaciones laborales que toda empresa bebe considerar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque no todas las obligaciones laborales son estrictamente obligatorias en el primer trimestre, <strong>cumplir con buenas pr\u00e1cticas asegura operaciones fluidas:<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
